Islamic Development Bank (IDB) HQ

APM Intl. provided project management services on this 22 story, 351 ft. high building. The 840,000 sq. ft. structural steel and reinforced concrete structure is an intelligent building designed by Japanese architects Nikken Sekkei Ltd. The building was one of the few projects around the world to utilize the G-Column system and the first in the Middle East when built in 1993. The G-Column system is a space saving system that maintains a uniform column width throughout the building.
Jabal Al Kabba

APM Intl. provided value engineering consultancy services on the Jabal Al Kabba project. APM Intl. worked with US architects HOK St. Louis, Missouri office. The proposed mixed-use reinforced concrete project consisted of residential, hotel, and retail components as well as a bus terminal to serve 24,000 people at the peak of the Hajj pilgrimage. The project also proposed double-stacked elevators for moving people; a first in the Middle East.
National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) HQ

The 5-bedroom reinforced concrete structure has a large living and dining room with a open style kitchen and two-car basement garage. The house has an integrated courtyard with a central fountain as well as a 16 ft. x 32 ft. swimming pool and adjoining whirlpool.
